This engagement comprised a two-phase institutional capacity building programme for Goshen Medical and Technical College, focusing on resource mobilization and digital presence enhancement.
The first phase was a three-day resource mobilization training programme conducted from 1–3 September 2025 at the Main Campus in Thika, targeting Directors. The training focused on strengthening leadership capacity in identifying funding opportunities, developing sustainable resource mobilization strategies, aligning institutional priorities with donor and partner requirements, and improving internal coordination for fundraising and partnership development.
The second phase involved a website development training conducted in October 2025, aimed at enhancing the College’s digital visibility and communication capacity. This phase focused on practical website development skills, content structuring, usability and accessibility considerations, and sustainable management of the institutional website to support outreach, partnerships, and student recruitment.
Together, the two phases strengthened both strategic leadership capability and operational digital capacity, supporting the College’s long-term sustainability and growth objectives.
