This engagement involved a three-day hands-on training programme on digital content development conducted for Mama Ngina University staff from 15–18 July 2025 at the Main Campus. The training aimed to strengthen staff capacity in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality digital learning content aligned with best practices in online and blended education.
The programme covered core areas including instructional design principles, content structuring for online delivery, multimedia integration, accessibility and inclusivity considerations, and quality assurance for digital learning materials. Emphasis was placed on practical application to support the university’s transition towards effective digital and blended teaching and learning models.
The engagement contributed to building internal capacity for sustainable digital course development and enhanced readiness for institutional adoption of technology-enhanced learning.
